How far in advance do I need to book ?

We require only 2 hours notice to accommodate most
needs.
Q.
I want to book a car from Heathrow to Harwich, to
embark on a cruise, when should I book ?
A.
In situations such as this, place you booking as soon
as you know your schedule. This will allow us to ensure
your vehicle is prepared for your journey and guarantees
a more extensive choice of vehicles and times.
Q. Do
you cater for disabled travellers ?
A.
Yes. However, due to the very nature of some vehicles
requested by our clients, disabled travellers may
prefer to state their needs at the time of booking
so that we might provide the most appropriate means
of travel.
Q. Are
there discounts available for frequent travellers
?
A.
Yes, schemes are available. Please email us with the
exact details and we can prepare a quote for you.
Q. I
require the service but not the luxury – is
there an option for me ?
A.
Yes, our Club Class option provides a fleet of more
conventional vehicles
for you to choose from but still offers
the same levels of service. See our Services section
for more details.
Q. I’m
sending four members of my staff abroad with a lot
of corporate presentation material. Can you get them
to the airport all at the same time ?
A.
Yes, our Cruiser Class option provides larger vehicles
and is ideal for group transportation. The luggage
would also we well taken care of.
